This privacy policy (together with the documents referred to in it) (the 'Campus Privacy Policy', 'Policy') informs you about how we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the Electroneum Academy online campus ('Academy', ‘Campus’), operated by Electroneum Academy Ltd. (we, our, us), incorporated in England No. 11190785 and having a registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London W1W 7LT. Please read this policy in conjunction with our general privacy policy ('Privacy Policy'), available here.

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll at Campus or on a Course within it, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with any other activities, services, features, or resources we may make available through Our Platform or Campus from time to time. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain related activities. This Privacy Policy applies to any visitors that use Our Platform and Campus (you, your, Users) and also applies to your use of interactive features or downloads that: (i) we own or control; (ii) are available through Our Platform or Campus; or (iii) interact with Our Platform or Campus (including through social media) and post this Privacy Policy. 2. How we use collected information

The Academy may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll at the Academy or on a Course within our Campus, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available through our Academy. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Academy related or Campus/course activities.

  • To improve customer service
    Information you provide helps us respond to your questions and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the courses and resources provided through our Academy.
  • To send periodic emails
    We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.

3. Sharing your personal information

We categorically do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.

Student may find content in our Academy that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Academy. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services will have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Campus and Academy, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

The Academy has the discretion to update this Campus Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

6. Your acceptance of these terms

By enrolling in the Academy, you signify your acceptance of this Campus Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not enroll in the Academy. Your continued enrollment in the Academy following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
